Vanilla Pudding

This is a great breakfast, dessert or quick snack. I personally love eating this as a dessert. It’s the perfect filler when you just need a little something to settle your appetite.

Just three ingredients:

Banana, avocado & vanilla protein powder

It’s just that simple!

Personally, I always have banana’s and avocado’s on hand. They seem to be used quite a lot in my household:) These two ingredients are not only nutritious but provide tons of vitamins and potassium your body can truly benefit from!

A little goes a long way

Now, I want to talk to you about a vanilla protein powder I REALLY enjoy using.

-TRUVANI

They are known for having certified organic, dairy-free, soy-free, and non-GMO ingredients

As I mentioned, a lot goes along way! They use Organic Monk Fruit Extract which is one of my FAVORITE sugar replacements (refer to main Nourish Page for quick tips on sugar)

Monk Fruit is 250 times sweeter than sugar with no calories, carbs, or fat!

Plus, if you’re in need of some protein, they got you covered! With just ONE scoop you can get 20g of plant-based protein!

For this particular recipe you won’t need a full scoop. But no need to worry, I got you covered. I’ll be sharing more recipes about how you can implement this great find so none of it goes to waist.

QUICK TIP

Now that you’ve learned a little bit about the benefits of this yummy treat, I did want to mention with such fresh ingredients you will want to consume it within 24 hours. Feel free to place it in the fridge to help with preservation.

Lastly, I know I only said three ingredients BUT….I can’t help but to add a little extra flavor and crunch.

I personally love Trader Joes Unsweetened Coconut Flakes and Crushed Pecans to top it all off.

Lets get started!
